Responsibilities

  • Configure new customer accounts, set up user access, distribute credentials
  • Coordinate onboarding scheduling across sales, AM, and customer
  • Serve as first-line support via Intercom, email, Slack
  • Triage and manage support tickets
  • Maintain knowledge base articles
  • Create guides, walkthroughs, FAQs
  • Aid Account Managers with data exports, usage reports, QBR prep
  • Support sales-to-AM handoff
  • Track account health signals (login activity, feature usage, support volume)
  • Cook up with Data and Product teams on customer requests
  • Keep HubSpot, Intercom, Notion clean and current
  • Leverage AI tooling daily

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in customer support, customer success, account coordination, or related client-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear, empathetic communication
  • Comfort learning new software (HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, Slack, proprietary platform)
  • Proactive mindset – pattern recognition and process improvement
  • Strong written communication
  • Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in ambiguity
  • Comfort with AI tooling

Nice to Have

  • Software Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CRM/support platforms
  • Familiarity with GIS, mapping tools, or real estate tech
  • Experience at early-stage startup (Seed to Series B)
  • Background in real estate, construction, land development, or proptech
  • Experience supporting enterprise/B2B SaaS customers
