Responsibilities
- Shape the experience customers have with Emerald Heating & Cooling from their very first interaction
- Respond to incoming calls, text messages, and website inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling needs
- Ensure customers receive timely and professional assistance
- Keep social media channels active and engaging
- Help showcase our brand, connect with our community, and strengthen our online presence
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business
- Strong customer service skills
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus

$18-$20 per hour
