Customer Experience Agent
Regal Brands is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on-site near I-70 and Monaco.
About the role
The Customer Experience Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers via email, social media, online chat, and inbound phone calls. You’ll provide support, answer questions, process orders, and resolve product issues—all while delivering “best-in-class” experiences. An interest in home renovation, interior design, or architecture is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Take and enter orders; assist the quality assurance team with specialized orders.
- Resolve customer problems, returns, and warranty issues with accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Educate customers on products and build loyal relationships.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with an ERP system.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn our product line and educate customers.
- Home improvement or interior design experience is a plus.

Pay
$21.00 per hour to start.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
