Our Customer Engineers are key to driving success for our AI solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, implement AI solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions tailored to customer needs
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct training sessions for customers on using AI solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI solutions to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in AI or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL)
