Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers that drive loyalty, retention, and growth for the program.
  • Understand and communicate AI and machine learning concepts to customers in a non-technical manner.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems, collaborate with internal teams, and escalate critical issues.
  • Have basic data analysis skills to interpret data metrics, track customer engagement, and identify trends in usage patterns.
  • Gather insights from customers about their needs, pain points, and goals to develop targeted strategies for success.
  • Manage changes to AI products and workflows, communicate updates to customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time for on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

  • Current IAM Level II clearance to satisfy DOD 8570 IAT requirement.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of AI products and address customer concerns.
  • Experience gathering insights from customers and developing targeted strategies for success.
  • A deep understanding of AI product features, functionality, and limitations.
  • Ability to interpret data metrics, track customer engagement, and identify trends in usage patterns.
  • Collaborative and problem-solving skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders.
