About the role

American Residential Services (ARS) is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 professionals and 45+ years of experience serving homeowners across the country. ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available in the Wareham Area, MA.

Pay

Base pay: $23–$25 per hour plus uncapped commission. Typical earnings with incentives: $25–$35 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible hours; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
