Job Title: Account Manager/Post-Sales Specialist
About the role

Responsibilities
- Run pilots and define success criteria to ensure successful outcomes
- Own onboarding and rollout processes to maximize customer value
- Drive product adoption by training and enabling customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Map out teams, use cases, and value stories to support expansion efforts
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning pilots, onboarding, or customer engagements for enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven success in a fast-paced startup environment
- Deeply customer-obsessed and adaptable to various customer needs and dynamics
- Strong product fluency and ability to translate customer insights into actionable adoption plans
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of building trust with customers
- Ability to work independently and within a team, handling ambiguity and ambiguity with grace
- Experience working with account executives on expansion, renewal, and procurement
