Job Title: Account Manager/Post-Sales Specialist

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run pilots and define success criteria to ensure successful outcomes
  • Own onboarding and rollout processes to maximize customer value
  • Drive product adoption by training and enabling customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Map out teams, use cases, and value stories to support expansion efforts
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS
  • Experience owning pilots, onboarding, or customer engagements for enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Proven success in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Deeply customer-obsessed and adaptable to various customer needs and dynamics
  • Strong product fluency and ability to translate customer insights into actionable adoption plans
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of building trust with customers
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, handling ambiguity and ambiguity with grace
  • Experience working with account executives on expansion, renewal, and procurement
