Responsibilities
- Engage and educate new and existing members on our surgery offering, ensuring clear understanding of benefits
- Cook up and coordinate appointments and travel for members, including venue selection
- Aid in provider selection
- Follow up, resolve, and document issues with inquiries needing further investigation
- Work with highly sensitive information while maintaining Protected Health Information (PHI) compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years' experience in a customer service, service center, and/or sales enablement role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred

Pay
Starting at $20.00–$24.00/hour based on experience, + competitive monthly bonus program — top Care Advocates can earn up to an additional $1,200/month.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, no weekends
6-week onsite training program, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (paid at your regular rate)
After training, you'll be assigned a 9-hour shift within a 7 AM–8 PM window
Occasional rotation covering a 1:00 PM–10:00 PM shift
