About the role
The Customer Deployment Specialist at Deloitte assists and supports activation activities with the client and works on technical deployment, security credibility, and clean handoffs. The team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with customers focusing on adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term satisfaction.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support enterprise identity integrations, including SAML assertions, SCIM attribute mappings, and identity provider deployments.
- Partner with customer information technology, identity and access management, and security stakeholders to establish governance models, success plans, and implementation approaches.
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, use case prioritization, and measurement of implementation outcomes.
- Develop enablement materials, runbooks, and handoff documentation that support downstream adoption and expansion efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including customer success, technical account management, technical onboarding, technical support, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Hands on experience with AI capabilities for coding (e.g. Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) and deep understanding of the AI landscape.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise software deployments for Fortune 500 organizations.
- Experience facilitating technical working sessions with security, identity and access management, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience delivering implementations in regulated industries, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or public sector.
- Experience working for an enterprise software, software-as-a-service, or artificial intelligence/large language model provider with administrative or identity-provider integrations.
Preferred
- Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise software deployments for Fortune 500 organizations.
- Experience facilitating technical working sessions with security, identity and access management, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience delivering implementations in regulated industries, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or public sector.
- Experience working for an enterprise software, software-as-a-service, or artificial intelligence/large language model provider with administrative or identity-provider integrations.

- Discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 - $207,800.
