Customer Credit Representative
FUNCTION
AES Indiana is seeking individuals who share our values to join our team as a Customer Credit Representative. This role involves handling routine customer account and credit inquiries by telephone, providing accurate and courteous service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of experience in a similar position required.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of other general office equipment are required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly.
- Must pass a Customer Service Representative test, including keyboarding, computer fluency, and basic mathematics.
- Must work extended business hours, selected holidays, and overtime as required.
- Must successfully complete the AES Indiana Customer Service Training program.
- Additional consideration will be given to any experience or training contributing to the applicant's ability to perform the job.
During Training
- We offer 4-5 weeks of paid training.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week throughout the training period.
- Training will be IN PERSON.
- Punctual, 100% mandatory attendance is required.
