What You Will Be Doing

• Provide account opening recommendations to prospects.
• Open accounts and follow up on expected deposits or signatures needed.
• Handle customer interactions in an efficient and professional manner.
• Become an expert in promotional offerings.
• Understand expectations of possible sales goals and work independently to meet goals.
• Technical support during account opening process.
• Interact with other departments to resolve funding issues.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail banking experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced technical skills strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of customer contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone, computer and written and oral communication skills.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $22.59, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
