About the role

The Customer Claims Specialist assists the Customer Service Team with the processing of claims using good judgement, video, and information from the locations to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the CCS will be fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support / call queue and will float between the roles depending on where they are needed the most.

  • SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
  • Additional administrative responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing/customer service
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew’s external customer

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
