Customer care technician

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail
• Experience performing housekeeping responsibilities, or custodial or sanitization in a medical, laboratory, or a clean room environment
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day in a physically active role

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent
• Reliable, hardworking team player
• Ability to use Microsoft computer applications for communication, emails, and training
• Ability to pass a full physical as well as a drug test to work in a physically active role
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

This role is located in Redmond, WA and has a schedule of 3rd shift 5pm Sunday - Thursday
