About the role

The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring high-quality interactions with customers. This role involves managing team performance, training staff, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Manage team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage teams and provide effective leadership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management

Qualifications

Schedule
