About the role
The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring high-quality interactions with customers. This role involves managing team performance, training staff, and resolving customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven ability to manage teams and provide effective leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
