About the role

The Customer Care Manager is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Supply Chain department. This role involves overseeing customer service operations, resolving complaints, and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Manage and train customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.
