About the Role

Try3Crew is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to help customers or clients resolve questions through clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up. The position supports events, creative projects, production support, client communication, marketing activity, and project coordination and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client requests connected with events, creative projects, production support, client communication, marketing activity, and project coordination.
• Review account, service, or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps.
• Resolve routine questions within documented procedures and escalate complex or sensitive cases.
• Follow up on open requests, promised actions, or missing information.
• Use approved resources while adapting communication to the customer’s specific question.
• Meet service-quality, response-time, and documentation expectations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort learning CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, or web-based support workflows.
• Ability to learn service information quickly and explain it clearly.
• Strong documentation and follow-up habits.
• Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but transferable communication experience can qualify for junior roles.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$49,500 - $58,500 per year
