Customer Care Specialist

Contract to Hire position based in Pittston, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing customers with billing, account, and policy questions
• Process account updates and autopay requests
• Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Navigate dual monitors and multiple systems during customer calls
• Accurately document interactions in a CRM
• Follow up on requests and work toward one-call resolution

Requirements

• Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence working with multiple computer applications
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Motivation to provide excellent service and earn additional bonuses
