Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Support our team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous Remote Experience 2+ years
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience with high call volume and structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
