Key Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and with a service-first mindset.
- Manage reservations, build client profiles, and ensure accuracy within our Livery Coach reservation system.
- Offer expert guidance on availability, pricing, and travel logistics while maintaining a polished and professional tone.
- Process deposits, explain company policies, and prepare service contracts.
- Maintain seamless communication with chauffeurs, dispatchers, and clients to uphold our commitment to flawless execution.

- Passionate about delivering luxury service, with a warm, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Tech-savvy with strong typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Maps and online search tools.
