Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs
- Drive customer satisfaction by managing the complete order lifecycle - from initial entry through final invoicing
- Ensure order accuracy by verifying product availability and strategically assigning lots
- Facilitate smooth transactions by generating invoices, monitoring payment timelines, and processing returns
- Maintain organized records through professional documentation management
- Empower sales success by providing: Timely product samples and technical documentation, Competitive pricing proposals and commercial support, Quality department coordination for customer inquiries
- Extract valuable business insights through ad-hoc data analysis
- Ensure commercial policy compliance across all customer interactions
- Implement and communicate pricing updates with precision
- Support the Sales team with accurate pricing documentation
- Deliver exceptional service during critical situations including: Emergency shipments, Product recalls, Operational disruptions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a similar position is required
- Experience working within SAP is required
- Food industry experience is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
