Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs
  • Drive customer satisfaction by managing the complete order lifecycle - from initial entry through final invoicing
  • Ensure order accuracy by verifying product availability and strategically assigning lots
  • Facilitate smooth transactions by generating invoices, monitoring payment timelines, and processing returns
  • Maintain organized records through professional documentation management
  • Empower sales success by providing: Timely product samples and technical documentation, Competitive pricing proposals and commercial support, Quality department coordination for customer inquiries
  • Extract valuable business insights through ad-hoc data analysis
  • Ensure commercial policy compliance across all customer interactions
  • Implement and communicate pricing updates with precision
  • Support the Sales team with accurate pricing documentation
  • Deliver exceptional service during critical situations including: Emergency shipments, Product recalls, Operational disruptions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in a similar position is required
  • Experience working within SAP is required
  • Food industry experience is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
