Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Serve as the welcoming primary point of contact for our clients via phone, text, and email.
• Logistics & Dispatching: Coordinate service appointments, route calls, and efficiently manage field technician schedules.
• Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records, process account updates, and keep our databases organized.
• Team Coordination: Closely support our sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and vital administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Professionalism: Strong, clear communication skills paired with a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Reliability: A rock‑solid work ethic and a firm commitment to being a dependable team player.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating computers and picking up new software quickly; prior dispatching or customer service experience is a bonus.
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre‑employment drug screen.

Pay

Starting at $19.00+ per hour, with transparent pathways
