Customer Care Specalist

Field Responsibilities

• Perform on-site cycle counts
• Receive incoming materials
• Manage "put-away" tasks at customer facilities
• Clean, stock, and perform routine maintenance on industrial vending machines and storage cabinets
• Handle local product deliveries to automotive plants and industrial partners
• Implement physical setup and stocking of vending solutions for new customer launches

Office Responsibilities

• Generate customer quotes
• Manage high-volume order entry
• Act as the primary point of contact for order status, tracking, and general inquiries

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in ERP systems or order entry software
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for inventory accuracy
