About the role

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex account or technical issues using available tools and resources.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of customer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing, or sales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (competitive language differential).

Pay

$17.00 - $26.14 per hour.
