Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy automotive service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with service scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80 to 100 inbound customer calls per day
• Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after appointments
• Accurately update and maintain customer information in internal systems
• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Deliver a high level of customer service during every interaction
• Work collaboratively with service teams to ensure a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume call environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of call center experience
• 6+ months of automotive dealership experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
