Responsibilities

• Represent our commitment to excellence by ensuring every interaction begins on a positive, professional note.
• Review and determine final disposition of returns and allowances and labor claim requests.
• Quote prices for special doors and coordinate special product orders with plant personnel.
• Maintain relationships with source plants and vendors for accurate pricing and applications.
• Support on-boarding of new customers.
• Understand returns and allowances.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement: Able to greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• 2–4 years of prior experience required; industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
