Customer Care Representative
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years call center or medical office experience
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette and experience handling multiple telephone lines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in use of computers, electronic health record and software programs
- Valid driver’s license, home/Cell phone and reliable transportation
- Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision
- Obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers, providers and clinic operations
- Able to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective teamwork skills and the ability to meet deadlines
