- Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.

- Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.
Requirements
- A GED or high school diploma.
- An active Arizona State Technician License.
- A current and valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification is required.
- A clean criminal record with no felonies.
- Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space.
- A strong attention to detail, especially around HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
- Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat channels.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset that aligns with Strive's culture of "Striving With Heart."
