About the role
Empire Merchants Metro is seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on store equipment
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
