Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or client servicing
- Prior experience in handling calls/emails/chats
- Experience in immigration, education, or service-based industries is preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
