About the role
We're building a team focused on creating supportive experiences that help people feel encouraged, confident, and empowered in their personal growth. We're hiring Customer Care Coaches who enjoy connecting with others and creating positive, supportive environments.
Responsibilities
- Working one-on-one with individuals throughout the day
- Guiding participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
- Helping individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit-building
- Preparing daily plans to help participants get the most value from each session
- Tracking progress and updating internal records so the team stays aligned
- Creating a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supported
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people-focused attitude
- Clear communication skills both in person and in writing
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
- Authorization to work in the United States

Pay
$25-$30/hr + quarterly performance based bonuses. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug screening. In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position pay ranges $25-26.50 hourly.
