Customer Care Associate (On Site)
About the role
The Customer Care Associate (CCA) at Allstate Floral takes care of customers, processes orders, resolves issues, and builds relationships within a fast-paced, startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and resolve customer inquiries
- Interact with customers to provide information and solve problems related to products and services
- Work with sales representatives, accounting, and shipping departments to process customer requests and concerns
- Confirm orders, obtain payment information, and document transactions
- Engage with customers face-to-face and participate in trade shows
- Manage assigned accounts and provide updates to supervisors/Managers
- Support the front desk receptionist as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; college education preferred
- Bilingual Spanish experience, and 1+ years in an office customer service environment; 3+ years preferred
- Associates degree; 3+ years in an office customer service environment preferred
- Bilingual in Chinese, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
Qualifications
- Strong communications skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and task-focused
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Quick learner with a willingness to solve problems and adapt to change
- A strong sense of teamwork and a desire to build a dynamic organization

Pay
$20.00 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time onsite position in Cerritos, California, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional travel to trade shows.
Physical Demands
- Primarily sedentary role with some filing required
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- May be required to stand or walk for several hours at a time during trade shows
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time onsite position in our Cerritos, California, headquarters. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If requested to travel to trade shows, the expected days and hours of work will change accordingly.
Travel
Travel is primarily locally during the business day. Domestic travel is expected to our showrooms for trade shows and set-ups, 4 to 6 times a year, for multiples days at a time. Destinations include Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, High Point, NC, and/or Las Vegas, NV.
