What You'll Do
- Cook up customer projects from sale through installation
- Keep customers informed with proactive communication
- Manage service cases, warranty claims, repairs, and project issues
- Support Sales Consultants with order coordination and follow-through
- Follow up on open quotes using our proven systems
- Work closely with Sales, Install, Warehouse, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Working Environment
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in our beautiful Meridian headquarters
- You'll spend your day coordinating multiple customer projects, communicating with customers and teammates, solving problems, and keeping projects moving forward
