Location: Portsmouth, NH. Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We're working with a client who is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to answer customer questions
- Record conversation details in account notes within their system
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Reach out to service sites
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
- Must be tech-savvy
Pay
$20/hour (bonus eligibility upon permanent higher)
Schedule
Full-time, Monday - Friday
