Customer Care Agent

About the Role

Biz Voice Boost Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Agent for hands-on work centered on customer resolution and the day-to-day demands of customer communication, contact-center support, outreach, quality, workforce, communications, and service operations. This role focuses on customer care case handling within contact center service support, ensuring every handoff clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Review the Customer Care Agent workflow by helping the team document commitments and next actions.
• Maintain the workflow by escalating complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
• Track assigned customer or client requests and handle them effectively.
• Own the workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
• Coordinate with the team to resolve routine issues within approved authority.

Role Fit

• Confidently apply Issue Resolution and Service Recovery in customer care case handling.
• Manage Customer Care Case Handling without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning behind case handling.
• Exercise sound judgment in Customer Service, especially when escalation is needed instead of assumption.

Success Measures

Success is measured by dependable customer resolution, including clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes, all achieved through effective customer care case handling within contact center service support.

Role Snapshot

• Base salary: $44,000-$66,000 per year.
