CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Canteen is hiring an immediate full-time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position. Location: Canteen - 171 Covington Lane, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Online applications only. Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Further details upon interview.
Responsibilities
- Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
- Ensures stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards.
- Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
- Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
- Serves as an ambassador of Canteen's brand, promoting company values and services.
- Drives a company vehicle safely to client locations.
- Assists with POS/Kiosk training and ensures all units are properly working.
- Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Clean driving record.
