CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Canteen is hiring a full-time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position immediately. Located at 7 Greenwood Avenue, Romeoville, IL 60446. Online applications only. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Previous customer service experience preferred. Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer and interact in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
- Ensure stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards.
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
- Ensure that all marketing, wellness, and signage are current and in place.
- Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
- Drive a company vehicle safely to client locations.
- Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
- Ensure all POS/Kiosk units are properly working and assist with customer training and account set-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Clean driving record.
