CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking immediate full-time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR positions. The role is located at Saint Francis Memphis EVS - 5959 Park Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and maintain a high level of hospitality.
• Interact with team members and ensure they have what they need to succeed each day.
• Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensure all marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
• Serve as an advocate for selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards.
• Serve food neatly and attractively per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$14.50 per hour.

Schedule

Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
