Customer Acquisition Specialist-Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Generate new customer sales accounts in a retail setting
• Answer questions or discuss concerns with customers
• Determine the best way to address customer needs
• Thoroughly explain how our products and services benefit the customer
• Forward larger issues to management
• Keep accurate records of each customer interaction
