Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face residential canvassing in assigned Orange County territories
• Engage potential customers to promote natural-gas services

• Participate in training and development programs

Requirements

• Coachable, motivated, and disciplined individuals
• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and residential field sales
• Honest and consistent work ethic
• Willingness to work in residential territories
• No college degree or prior energy experience required

Qualifications for Management

• Proven ability to produce results as a representative
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and integrity
• Ability to train and manage teams effectively
• No formal title, degree, or extensive management experience required
