Customer Accounts Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have headings exactly those strings if we include them. We need to decide which sections have real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: Could include the description of the role and maybe the company overview. The posting includes "We are Aaron’s..." and later "About Aaron’s". Both are about the company/role. We can combine into About the role.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: Could combine Required Qualifications and maybe Preferred Qualifications? But they separate Requirements and Qualifications. Usually Requirements = required qualifications, Qualifications = preferred? But we have both Required and Preferred. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications (or maybe Skills?). However we also have Skills For Success separate. So we can map:
- Requirements: Required Qualifications (age, driver's license, DOT cert, schedule, lifting).
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (retail/customer service management experience, HS diploma/GED, high energy, telephone etiquette, professional appearance).
- Skills: Skills For Success list.
- Benefits: What We Offer list.
- Pay: Salary range and incentive pay, plus note about pay range details.
- Schedule: The schedule info is in Required Qualifications: "Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm." Also mention Sunday off plus one day off during the week (all locations open six days per week) under Benefits? Actually that is under What We Offer: "Sunday off plus one day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." That's schedule info. So we can put schedule details there.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact, etc.
We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the sections we include.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
