Customer Account Representative

A day in the life of a Delivery Leader:
- Customer Service and Sales: Provide friendly, on-time, and best-in-class customer experiences through "white glove" deliveries with a servant's heart. Complete rental agreements as required. Seek new business through telemarketing and distributing printed materials.
- Account Management: Review overdue accounts and communicate in person or by phone with customers to promote on-time payments, collect customer payments on time, and meet daily/weekly collection goals. Complete customer service calls on time as assigned.
- Deliveries & Pickups: Operate company vehicles and perform maintenance; follow company policies and practices regarding safe driving, and follow local and state laws for safe vehicle operation. Provide excellent customer service on every delivery and complete them on time.
- Merchandising: Maintain rental conditions and the store, vehicles, and products clean and organized with customers and coworkers in mind through the Golden Rule.
What are the minimum requirements?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid state driver's license and good driving record — you will be driving company vehicles
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a coworker to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the coworker is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The coworker must frequently lift and/or move heavy objects and merchandise. All coworkers are expected to follow company safety policies while meeting the physical demands of the job.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours/days are Monday through Saturday, from store open to close. Schedules and weekly hours/overtime may change throughout the year as dictated by the Store Manager and business needs.
