About the role

TeamDynamix is a high-growth SaaS company delivering award-winning IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The company serves customers across various industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the IT Service Management team and the IT PMO to implement and support the platform.
  • Expand into other departments such as HR, marketing, and facilities, leveraging the service and project management platform or integrating enterprise systems.
  • Empower customers to reduce resource and budget drain by providing a highly configurable and easy-to-use platform.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers to ensure proper implementation and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency with ITSM and ESM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
