Customer Account Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders flow seamlessly from development to launch.
• Communicate with customers to finalize BOMs and keep everything accurate in our MRP system.
• Analyze supply and demand to keep materials moving and schedules on track.
• Collaborate with scheduling and shipping teams to make magic happen.
• Prepare weekly status updates and keep customers in the loop.
• Maintain data integrity and close orders with confidence.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of customer service or product development experience.
• Project management skills (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
• Ability to multitask and pivot with ease.
• Positive, courteous communicator who loves teamwork.
