Customer Account Associate

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Customer Account Executives and Carrier Account Representatives to deliver exceptional transportation solutions for our clients. Your goal: build and maintain a resilient Book of Business by managing daily shipments and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by proactively reaching out to new and existing clients via phone and email.
• Negotiate with shippers and collaborate with the Carrier Sales Team to manage daily shipments.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify and meet their transportation needs.
• Hit and exceed sales targets with strategic thinking and initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation sales or a similar field.

Pay

Base Salary: $45,000 + 10% Uncapped Commission — the more you sell, the more you earn!

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability.
