Custom Millwork & Display has been building custom architectural millwork and cabinetry since 2005 and is one of the leading fabricators in the tri-state area. Our products are entirely custom and made to order primarily for commercial installation. Located in the heart of the Midwest, Custom Millwork & Display is built on a foundation of great work ethic, trust, and employees who genuinely care about building quality and handcrafted millwork. Construction, assembly, and finishing are done by hand, and we believe nobody can do it better than our craftsmen. Essential Functions

• Measure and mark materials to verify dimensions.
• Communicate any discrepancies and inconsistencies of material or work order.
• Establish the specifications of materials to be constructed or repaired and plan methods and operations for shaping and assembling, based on blueprints and work order instructions.
• Identify and report any defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and safely.
• Follow all prescribed safety regulations.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Previous woodworking experience required.
• Ability to work both independently and with others.
• Ability to communicate clearly with other employees.
• Proficient use of both hand and power tools.
• Mechanical ability for both large and small equipment.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Strong mathematical skills.

Physical Requirements

Regularly require the ability to sit, stand, bend, reach and lift a minimum of 70 pounds.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 4x10 M-Thur 6am – 4:30pm
