The role requires 3 days per week onsite in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices.
  • Deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, and take responsibility for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Drive the design and implementation of software components that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and tools.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Master proficiency in Spring Boot.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design & Solutions, and Software Engineering.

Pay

Compensation varies by location. Hourly salary ranges for this role are as follows:

  • California: $53.00 to $63.00
  • Cleveland: $53.00 to $63.00
  • Colorado: $53.00 to $63.00
  • District of Columbia: $53.00 to $63.00
  • Illinois: $53.00 to $63.00
  • Maine: $53.00 to $63.00
  • Maryland: $53.00 to $63.00
