Custom Protection Officer Supervisor - Tech Headquarters

About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a Custom Protection Officer Supervisor for a Tech Headquarters located in Manhattan. Positions are available full-time, with workdays from Monday to Friday and shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers.
• Serve as a coach, recognizing and disciplining staff within the approved empowerment range.

Requirements

• 4+ years of military or law enforcement or criminal justice degree.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Licenses and certifications are subject to state and local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat, occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, ramps, or ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
