Custom Painter - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply powder coat and liquid paint and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Routinely make paint-related repairs to prime product prior to PDI.
• Occasionally coat custom fabricated structures, racking, vehicles, etc.
• Follow all required safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Equipment paint processing experience OR a paint related certificate or degree (trade school / technical degree).
• Experience in topcoat, prime coat and electrostatic paint.
• Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• One year of liquid paint experience, preferably in touch up painting.

Skills

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Pay

• 1st Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium) Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium) Monday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
