This is a direct hire opportunity for a company in the East Metro.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to custom jewelry inquiries and guide customers through the design and purchasing process via email, phone, video consultations, and in-person appointments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product, custom design, pricing, sizing, material, and order-related questions.
  • Learn each customer's vision, including design preferences, materials, gemstones, engraving, budget, and timeline, and recommend appropriate options based on production capabilities.
  • Prepare and communicate custom jewelry quotes, explain pricing and design options, and assist customers in moving projects from inquiry to purchase.
  • Manage multiple custom jewelry projects simultaneously, tracking each project from initial inquiry through quoting, payment, CAD design, revisions, approval, sizing, production, and completion.
  • Coordinate custom projects with the CAD/design team by clearly communicating specifications, reviewing CAD renderings, managing customer revisions, and tracking approvals.
  • Maintain accurate project notes and customer details while following up on open inquiries, quotes, and active custom projects.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service throughout the entire custom jewelry experience.

Requirements

  • Previous jewelry industry experience is required; bridal and engagement jewelry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, ideally in a consultative or custom-order environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with warmth and empathy when discussing meaningful life events.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with e-commerce, email, and project-tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
  • High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in fine jewelry sales and service.

Pay

$26.00 - $28.00 / hourly

Schedule

First shift (day), full-time, on-site.
