Requirements: Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass panels to specificationSafely load, unload, and transport glass materials on job sitesPrepare work areas drop cloths, protecting surfaces, clearing obstaclesHandle and position glass using suction cups, dollies, and other lifting equipmentApply caulk, sealants, and adhesives as directed by the lead installerInstall hardware such as hinges, handles, brackets, and tracksClean glass surfaces and inspect finished installations for qualityMaintain tools and equipment in proper working conditionKeep job sites clean and organized throughout the workday Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license & clean MVRAbility to pass a background checkAbility to pass a drug screenAbility to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle large glass panelsComfortable working at heights and on laddersBasic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitudeWilling to cross-train in the bathroom installation department and assist with bathroom remodels as needed Benefits: Competitive hourly payHealth, dental, vision insurance401(k) with matchPTO + paid holidaysHands-on training and opportunities to cross-train into other departmentsMilitary veterans encouraged to applyNo high school diploma required
